Minimum Order Requirement (MOQ)

We are currently only accepting custom branding & design order requests that meet our minimum order quantity requirement of 150 units. Any requests below this threshold will not be considered for production up until the end October 2025.

What happens after I submit my custom design order request?

Once submitted, our design team will review your request to ensure that it meets our minimum requirements and design feasibility.

How will I know if my request has been accepted?

You will receive an email or call back from our team confirming whether your request has been accepted or declined.

What happens if my request is accepted?

If approved, we'll contact you directly to confirm design preferences and branding specifications before starting the design phase.

Do I get to see the design before production?

Absolutely! A mock-up will be sent to you for your review. You'll have the opportunity to suggest edits before final approval & commencement of production.

When does production begin?

Production will only begin after you've approved the mock-up. We'll also provide estimated delivery timelines at this stage which will for the most part be dependent on the total number of units requested in your submission request.,
